#PFW2017 Interior Inspiration: Denim
Paris Fashion week as always, was filled with elegance and a touch of glam rock. As with every Fashion week (twice yearly) Paris closed the frenzied September fashion month. The shows dictate which trends will be saturated into the high street. One of the big trends was denim. From light to dark, denim adds a cool element to any style.
Lavender, though seen as effeminate, can be introduced with darker palettes or textures like walnut wood to add masculinity.
Bring denim into your living room
The denim trend is probably one of the hardest to implement into a home. The key is to not be too literal. Pick key pieces to add to a dark or light palette scheme depending on the mood you wish to convey. Denim drift paint on a section of a wall with some added beiges or deep blues make for a fresh look. We added some examples of denim inspired items above for you.
